They had most of the 1st wave...I'm tempted to grab the Warthog and the Chief for my desk at work, but Cortana just felt disappointing. So much more could have been done with her. Hell, even the Tron figures from my old lightcycle toy have visible circuitry designs on them, not this two-level molding that's barely visible that they did on her.
