They'll always be 'Freakshow Couple' now. They wore vials of each other's BLOOD. Added to that, when you are an ugly, ugly man married to what many consider to be a very beautiful woman, the impression is one of 'She married him', ie 'he is hers'.
As for winning an oscar, eh. Peter Jackson doesn't have one, so how good could they be?
