FFTA:

Damn.

I haven't /really/ been playing for 4 hours...have I? I only did a bunch of the first missions...that can't have been 4 hours.

Must play more soon as I have a chance.

You sound like me when I put my face into Morrowind. I'm also stunned and disoriented when Ashe blocks my visual connection to the lovely world to yank me back to this one nad I see the clock.

FFTA? That game is a black hole. Find something more interesting or you'll spend your entire life on it. It's oh-so-good.

Your opinion: Better, or not as good, as the original? The way the game is is more along the lines of what I thought the original was going to be--a thin storyline taking a back seat to dozens of battles. To me, the ideal game would have the flow of FFTA with the job system/control of FFT.

To be honest, I never played FFT. :D Never got a chance. That said, from what I've seen of both, I think I enjoy FFTA as much or more than FFT. Certainly as much as Advance Wars, which is probably the closest title the GBA has to it.
