bzarcherTo answer questions, no, I do not have a Permanent account. I was hoping to buy one during the summer sale, but things didn't work out.
That said, I'd not be one to refuse a donation or two to that end.... ;D
Did my walking. I now know /for sure/ I have reduced my lap time to a consistant 6:04 around the track. I feel really good about that.
This time next year, I may not be working out at the same track, but I want to be covering the same distance in 4:00 per lap. At the most.
