120 lbs. per arm per minute.
1/2 hour's workout == 3600 pouds per arm / 7200 lbs total. And the odd thing is, after about 20 minutes, it's like I get a second wind. The weights feel a touch lighter, and it's even easier to do reps. I could get to like this.
