Jan. 4th, 2004 06:40 pmOOof. Okay. Weights were good for me in terms of health, but 30 minutes while sick (even if recovering) is a totally different effort than when healthy. OTOH, it's a good sweat, and helps push the crap out of the system.
That said: time for an odd request. Anyone know a good place I could get some form of grip tape, like skate/snowboarders use for extra traction? The bare metal crossbars on the weights can be a little slippish after a lot of lifting, and I think this would help.
