U. Akron, all the local schools, and even some of the local buisnesses are closed. But not Wooster. Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, no.

I'm so gonna die.

Hey, I made it to work OK!

The parking lot was an ice rink, but I made it into work without slipping. :) If this Floridian can do it...then it can be done! Be careful.

Wooster don't salt before noon. Especially not the college owned stuff.

We'll see.

Up here in Akron, I am scared to walk out the door for fear of sliding back to wooster on the sheet of ice outside.

We've got the same deal going up here. Classes are on, but no food services.

You're the one who chose to work at a small liberal arts college where everything's within walking distance campus-wise.

That's why they don't close. Ever. You're never outside for more than ten minutes, so wind chill doesn't factor in, and slippery roads just mean you should plan ahead.

It's true. Wooster closes for no man, national holiday or emergency. You should have headed for something more Southern Ohio, where there's still the chance of school-closing weather, but with actual school-closings. I shall never stop mocking Cincinnati for the panic that four inches of snow caused.

True, but in Noelle's case, I'm not taking that shit from someone who bitches and moans about getting out of her jammies when there's only 2 inches and no ice outside her apartment. :D
