Sleep's helped, a bit. Still feel pretty bad, but my throat isn't screaming. Drinking more tea, then will lay down again.

The Hungry Man all day breakfasts still have it beat, with, if I recall, %200+ your daily cholesterol and well over 1000 calories.

I'd still eat me one of them sammiches. Eat the hell out of it.
