Mar. 30th, 2004 06:58 pmYou might remember that when I went to the track for the first time, I was doing a lap (on the outside lane of the olympic track) every eight minutes.
Today, I went back to the track after doing primarily weights for about a month and a half due to the track being in near unusable condition from the weather.
5 and a half minutes per lap.
That is an incredible, incredible thing for me.
Even better is the fact that I don't feel winded or exhausted, my legs aren't killing me, and my body in general feels a bit sweaty, but certainly able to do even more excercise if I'd like.
I think it's safe to say that my physical fitness is really improving.
