Well, I wimped out. My leg started screaming and killing me during work. I ended up leaving early and putting it up with ice for about 2 hours. I feel terrible, though. The pain got the better of me. I don't even have a good reason for why it was so much worse today. I wrapped it with the same ACE bandage, wore the same shoe.

I'm hoping I'm OK tomorrow. I need to impress and be confident, not limp and look like a roadkill victim.

Leaving for Columbus in an hour. Going to keep elevating and icing until then.

I know. But I still hate it. I want to be making it better. I hate being less than full strength, and having nothing to do about it.

Love to you! Sometimes things need to get worse before they get better? I don't know if that applies in physical messiness, but who knows... Maybe 'tis a sign that you need to take care of yourself a bit more for awhile man!
