bzarcherToday's been slow, which is good, because we've used it to hammer our existing tickets down. We've now called back or resolved all of the 14 remaining. (Which, for a 1800 person campus plus another 400 remote users and work-at-homes, is a pretty good amount to have in-progress.)
Also, I recieved a nameplate today from APT! It's very shiny.

Did a few phonecalls about getting a look at places, now that Alex and I are going in together. One place didn't have any doubles availible, but the rest have been pretty receptive.
