bzarcherGot out of work early by about 20 minutes for 'exceptional work today', according to my team lead. Nifty.
Today's Dilbert shouldn't amuse me as much as it does.
Got a quote on insurance. Renter's insurance for Dublin through my current auto insurance agent would be about $17 a month for $40,000 worth of insurance shared between Alex and I, and the computers would get their own smaller fund of $5,000 per modern computer. (Tempting as it is, I will not claim the Mac SE 30.) Because of moving off my parent's plan, I'll lose my multi-car discount on the insurance, but it'll still only be about $103 a month. It'd be even cheaper without the speeding ticket I got 3 years ago, but that'll be another year before it comes off my record. C'est la vie.
My aunt wants computer help again. Remind me to keep her from getting my # when I move. Or my address.
As things stand, we'll be looking at 8 apartments/townhouses Saturday, starting around 9-9:30ish. 3 are relatively close together in Dublin. One is off 315 right by Dublin, two are in Delaware, and relatively close, and the remaining two are in different parts of Hilliard. I suspect that unless things go badly, we'll be done by 2:30-3ish.
