Second, whew, what a day. Worked, then came home, did all the grill prep and cook prep, and we hosted our first cookout. Only 3 guests in the end, due to two cancellations, but still very good. :D And my uber-brats still rock down the hizzy. Much food was had, much food was saved, and many laughs shared.
My mom and dad's best friends from college also rolled into town today, so Alex and I had to go be introduced to them for a bit and we were able to get Alex a new bedframe while we were at it.
Bills are paid, there's food in the fridge, and I'm very tired, but very pleased with how it all went.
