Barbara,

I am happy to nominate Matthew Wagner for one of the student member
positions on the Registrar search committee.

Matt is one of our Senior Consultants at the Help Desk, and he has an
unusual degree of maturity and responsibility. He is working for us full
time this summer, but I will be happy to release him for the important work
of this committee if he is selected.

This scares the hell out of me, moreso because I know the majority of the committee, and I have a feeling that they will probably be very enthusiastic to bringing me aboard.

I needed more stress in my life, not to mention more exposure to the top levels of administration here. Really! :D

OTOH, I wonder if I get paid extra for that....
