So, it's been nearly dead at work today. ~30 calls all day long. Less than half in the afternoon.

I popped AIM express open to talk to Alex about tests on my PC and for general reasons, and

skarlette got on about 10am. :D With the exception of when I went out for lunch, we've basically been spending the day together, talking, cuddling, and playing around a bit.

We just had a discussion about her not sharing her jellybabies, and I ended up citing Gallifreyan law to get her to share. :D

It's been the best Friday I've had in a very long time. Even though I've been working (and I have not and will not neglect work in favor of talking to her, no matter how much part of me would like to), it's been our day, spent together.

I love this woman. I cannot imagine having this sort of connection with anyone else, and we're doing it while 500 miles apart.
