-Deliberately lied to me about the car being availible (the car was sold before he called to confirm that I would be coming up to look at it for purchasing)
-Didn't bother to call me and let me know the car in question would not be there when I was coming up to the dealership (and was aware it would be a 4 hour drive)
-Ducked meeting with me so that he'd not see me face to face.
Yeah, they were pretty hardcore in the wrong. :D
But, I still feel a bit bad that I raised my voice even once.
