Long day at work. I fucked up a machine delivery, but I fixed it. (THough, at 10 minutes before a guy is leaving his office, and is snapping at you to hurry up and leave, I think saying "Did you need email or anything else set up" and being told "I don't think so, no." doesn't count as negligence in the install, even if the user does when he comes back and can't do it himself.
