The more I look at an (admittedly early) script concept that I wrote...

The more I think I could sell this. And the more I think I could get this made.

Like, this could be an honest to god studio movie, type of made.

Does anyone have knowledge on what I should do?

Hmm. For movie scripts? I have no idea. I have a friend who's doing screenwriting stuff as a minor, so I'll ask him next I see him. In the meantime, I'll point you at Backspace, which is a resource for people wanting to pitch a book. Might have an article somewhere on screenplays.

I think you have to rewrite and rewrite and rewrite until it's amazingly perfect. And then... maybe there are steps. Hrmm. You probably knew up to that point anyway. :-D I want to be helpful, I like it a lot. :}

Several, actually - that's part of where this scripting idea came from. We've made some story drafts and treatments, and a few of the involved have made contact with industry types to talk to them and feel things out a bit.

It's a back burner, but the burner is still warm. Slow-cooking, as it were.

(I'd also note the only reason I'm probably going to shop this script is that it simply requires a level of complexity that we don't have.
