Things, stuff, real life?

Getting ready for Tim and Dani's wedding - looking forward to driving up and seeing everyone.

Lisa was sick, now better. She's getting the teacher immune system up to speed - just needs a bit more exposure to the walking plauge factories to really have her defenses at full levels.

I might be getting Alex into 40k - we'll see. He's reading the rulebook.

Glacial's getting close to 30 in CoH - Lisa is awesome, for she hasn't minded (and has in fact encouraged) me to keep up with the game when we're both feeling blah and not that into doing stuff.

Coming up on 1 year at Sterling, and 1 year at the house, soon...wow.

Quiet day at the office. Everyone's brought their kids in for "Take your Child to work" day, so nobody's calling us. They're all doing finger painting and things like that, which I firmly approve of.

Swank on the 40k. Any ideas of what armies appeal to him?

Myself, I'm working on a kill team right now for a club campaign. You'd be so proud. It's Space Marines. Legion of the Damned to be specific.

Also, have you peeked at all the new Tyranid stuff up on the GW sight? such as the venom cannon = projectile vomit wallpaper? I think I'm gonna have to buy 3 of these new carnifexes.

Since I've been really twigging on my Dark Angels (I think actually painting the army myself instead of buying kinda attached me...), if he decides he wants to go Space Marines, I've offered to give him my Space Wolves at a tasty discount. We'll see - he's still thinking. :D

I have been looking at the bugs. I'm going to be stocking up on Lascannons for my Devastators, mmhmm. Those carnifexes look really nasty.

Regeneration is an upgrade fo ALL carnifexs. Besides, you'll get one...maybe two rounds of shooting with the Devs.

I would, but unfortunately, I'm already making one trip this summer, so it's not going to happen. :/

It would be cool to get a number of us from M3 together. I know I want to someday meet you, Leo & Gemma, Big Daddy Duo.. I'd like to meet Avylin, too but she's clear across the damned country. And there are others, but ya'll are on the big list.
