Basically, everyone shown in the video (excepting possibly the Rodian who got smacked) is a Master level entertainer. The Fett guy is wearing Mandalorian armor you can get from doing a specific instanced quest (the Death Watch) which is hard as HELL. He probably went in as a Master Fencer or Commando, then dumped his combat skills for the dancing.

Well, thanks big impart to Pex , the SWG Dev for helping me out with this one and providing the Mandalorian Armor, Jet Pack and Av21 for a week so i could shoot this video!
He bummed the armor off a GM, basically, and then gave it back. ;)
Oddly enough, while it's cool he got it from a GM, I actually have a bit of letdown - I was really respecting the sheer testicular fortitude of going through the grinds for BH and Master Entertainer/Dancer.
