bzarcherIt is 45 outside. Not even a particularly blustery or bitter 45. I'd really call it brisk, if anything.
There is no reason why you should be wearing earmuffs, a scarf, bright red mittens, and a winter coat that looks like it consists of 8 square yards of cotton poofy cladding.
Quit overreacting - it's not like you'll freeze to death walking from the building to your car in a decent jacket.
