Actually, thanks to a retired friend of my grandparents, I now have a 1950s vintage black trenchcoat (in my size!) from the Akron City Police Department, though there aren't any identifying badges or insignia on it. It's nice, long, and very comfortable (though having it belted up in cold weather makes it a bit difficult to drive my car, since it's a manual...
