Aw, shucks.
Jun. 5th, 2006 05:16 pmI was whipping through some emails from a vendor and sending both my reply and a quote to the department who wanted pricing info when I was surprised by the sound of the VP for the entire IT organization's voice.
"Man, do you ever stop working?" I turned around and he had been behind me for at least the past few minutes. "You're always being helpful, and working hard, and every time I drop by you're taking care of people!" He gave me a pat on the shoulder, and then left.
I'm fortunate that I'm the only person left in the cube area where I work - I think I'm actually blushing, and I don't think that people here would let me live that down if they saw it.
