bzarcherNeat. I'll be messing around with Vox to see what I think of it. (No idea if this will actually be a long-term thing. Honestly, probably won't, but we'll see.)

Little Earthquakes - Tori Amos:
High school. High school, many of my friends, and a lot of the upheavals (and pre-growing up growing up) I did there tend to come back to me when I hear this song.
La Vie Boheme - Rent:
All the mayhem of the NYC trip, and the mayhem that seems to follow every time I get together with friends to see the touring cast.
Life's Incredible Again - The Incredibles (Michael Giaccino)
Such a good swinging piece. Lots of energy, hope, and just a bit of a fun wink and nod at you as you listen. The entire soundtrack's really great super hero music. If I end up writing a supers campagin at some point, listening to this soundtrack daily will probably be involved.
(The) Lumberjack Song - Monty Python
A reminder not to take yourself too seriously, and always get a chance to laugh a little at something.
Low Rider - Gary Hoey
Somewhere in the mists of time, I won a free CD from a local radio station, and they sent me Gary Hoey's instrumental soundtrack to The Endless Summer II. (Yeah, it's not so fun when the radio station picks the CD for you. :D) However, it's stuck with me over the years - lots of really neat electric guitar and percussion (I used to practice the drum parts on my drumset), and good cruising music.
So, um. Yah. :D
