Dear Tampa Bay Lightning fans.

Prepare to Suck.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAAHAH!

With all the "fun" we had with Doug as President / GM / Head Coach / El Presidente Magnifico, I can't wait to see how he runs Tampa into the ground.

Ooo, quite.

Myself? I'm somewhere between Schadenfreude and Schadenfest.

Noooo, not the Lightning :(

Someone will need to suffer for this. I'll send the ghost of Kinski after those bastards!

Too late. Too late by half.

(In his defense: DMGM is a very passionate, exciting guy when things go well. But if they don't....)

Well being Florida, they'll probably like McLean's Bushite levels of spin.

I had forgotten that he coached the Panthers before . . . who knows, he might be able to coach but he sure can't GM.

Based on how the team hit the basement (and stayed there) during his season or so of coaching? No, I don't think so.

Florida in '96 was a perfect storm of talent and opportunity, and not for nothing was he fired 2 years later from coaching there, too.
