The Dispatch did an article on The Fair Choir today.

I have to admit, I miss it, now and then. I've gone to the alumni days when we can, but I miss it.

However, unless you work in education or have a lot of seniority, it's really hard to go to your boss and tell him/her that you're going to take a month off.

Even if you're in education, unless that month is in the summer, you're pretty much up shit creek. Even then, after a certain point, you're in some deep crap if you blow off a month unless you've got hella tenure.

Well, it is Late July/ Early August, so yeah - guess I shoulda clarified that. :D
