Um, well. OK then!
Sep. 13th, 2007 09:17 pmThe church where they filmed Father's Day...is going to do a Doctor Who themed church service.
...
I'm not even sure what to say here.
In other news: Project so totally done. Got myself dessert tonight to celebrate.
With my new flight, I have to be at YYZ by one, and the HHOF doesn't open until 10am.
I really don't want to try to rush through it in under 3 hours.
So, instead, I have a new plan: The Leafs' morning skate and practice starts at 8:30. So I'll get breakfast, shower, check out, drive over to the Ricoh Coliseum, and maybe root around the team shop there, or skip down to the ACC and CentreSports if I want to tempt myself with things I shouldn't buy. (Though how expensive, I wonder, would last year's Marlies jersey, or a replica 3rd Leafs from last year be?)
Though my arms, legs, back, and most of me are still killing me from all the lifting and lack of sleep (every day at the Gordon Baker office started at 6:30), it's all done and I feel like I did a great job, and even though I didn't get to do much around town, I still had a great visit.
I really love this city. I always leave here feeling like it's the greatest city I've ever stayed in.
If I thought I could find a job that would let me emigrate, I really think I'd do it.
