Mulholland said he got his start brewing in college and made beer throughout eight years in the Air Force. He's always been interested in Belgian styles, and so the four beers made there are a double Belgian ale, Double Shocker; a triple Belgian, Le Strange; a Belgian blonde, Beer de Guard; and a hoppy Runkle Red.
Sixteen other microbrews also are on tap, including two Mulholland especially likes: St. Louis Framboise, a Belgian fruit beer, and Original Sin hard cider from New York City.
The microbrewery also offers food.
Belgian Double Shocker.

I think we need to try that.

I think, my fine purveyor, we must ascertain this for ourselves.
I shall be back from DC on the feast of Michaelmas (or Saturday, I think). We shall speak more of this anon!
