Westboro Baptist "church" (the God Hates Fags people), are protesting at Mike Huckabee's appearances in Kansas because the guy who wants gay people rounded up and put into camps -still- isn't XTREME enough in his hatred for them.

Huckabee's policy statement on gays is even better: “It is now difficult to keep track of the vast array of publicly endorsed and institutionally supported aberrations–from homosexuality and pedophilia to sadomasochism and necrophilia.”

So, gay = pedos, and necrophilia's legal now? Good to know a US Senator is so on top of what's legal or appropriate.

I will pay many, many American Dollars if someone can kidnap Fred Phelps, Huckabee, and several rabid grizzly bears and force them into a televised steel cage match.

Fred Phelps challenged Mike Huckabee to see who could live in a mucky pigsty the longest. On Day 2, Huckabee left. On Day 3, the pigs left.

The only way Hillary is electable in November is if she runs against Huckabee.

Huckabee has said more than a few idiotic things, but frankly I think Fred Phelps and his mob are probably good for gay rights. Hateful as they are, they're so far out there that almost everyone winces. Including many bigots. They effectively caricature the whole movement.

So I'll let them live. Now if we could get Bush, Cheney and Rove swimming in an aquarium filled with piranha, now that would be sport.
