Dear Glenn Saither and the NYR scouting staff:

You've now officially had scouts at more of the Jackets' games than some of our season ticket holders. If you're really interested in one of our players, would you -PLEASE- shit or get off the pot? It's starting to get creepy, and the flowers you keep sending the locker room just make Chimera sneeze.

I'm not saying you have to make a trade, but maybe just a leak? A substantial rumor about what you're trying to achieve? Some steak to all this sizzle you're tossing out there.

Pittsburgh: You're at least still below reported attendance at a PSL level, but remember - soon, you too could be ON NOTICE.

I'm sure the Pens' scouts are just enjoying hanging out at Nationwide, which is way nicer than the Mellon. ;)

Given the Civic Arena is older than I am, if they're just enjoying the facilities I don't blame 'em.

Oh, I agree completely. And at this point, I'm not sure what trade the Pens might make. They're not in a good position to make a trade with all the injured guys, but at the same time, if they can afford to send Tyler Kennedy down because he's not going to get ice time, I'm not convinced they need to make one.

One suggestion I heard was that the Pens might want Tollefsen, perhaps with Christiensen coming back.

And then who would the Jackets have to defend their turf? Boll isn't enough. Actually, I saw him at Tuttle Mall last weekend, and he's tall enough, but really skinny. Yeah, he's crazy.

If Tolle got moved, I suspect someone else would be picked up from somewhere else in the midst of the shifts, but that is a valid concern.
