To answer one thread, the airline in question was and is Southwest.

Yesterday was the anniversary lunch, which went fairly well, then Grandpa Rodgers 80th birthday party, which was impressive if for no other reason than all the people who came from their community to attend.

Then, the various aunts/uncles/etx got together down at the hotel pool and we had some pizza and caught up a bit more, until "us kids" wanted to go do something, and they wanted to go to bed. :D

I ended up driving myself, Alison, and my cousins around Ft. Myers for awhile, including a drive down to the beach and a walk along the ocean, and a debate on starfish that I can't totally explain except to say it was seriously funny.

Crap - that's my ride. More after I'm home!

I have to admit I was sweating pretty bad there. :D

But the drive back up today was beautiful - the piers off the skyway bridge were so nice to sit at and take pictures of the bridge and the ocean!
