I had a bit of overload there due to proximity, trigged by our India techs IMing me to ask "So it's not OK to load Skype on our computers, or to look at websites like playboy?"

My boy had the stupid at work today too. Spent several days trying to fix an IP; the guy didn't know his address bar from Google.

If it helps with them getting a 'Merican accent, I say go for it. Besides, imagine the tech support calls. "How may we help you? I like long walks on the beach and solving problems!"

heh. Actually, I've been trying to help with their english by shipping them DVDs of TV shows and movies. It's...sorta helped.

I'd be more sympathetic if we hadn't had to blow up their machines three times this year already due to viruses that they "didn't understand how it got there."
