Mirasty resigns with CBJ/Syracuse!

This is good! Mirasty's "take no shit from anyone" attitude and grit was a very big thing for the Cuse, especially when the team went on the tear at the end of the season and through into the playoffs.

If Konopka re-signs as well, expect the Crunch to be a playoff team again next year, and I suspect a lot of our AHL crop to get that much more confident and scrappier.
