Yeah, there's definently something to the CPAP thing. After being at near hyperactive levels of alertness and energy on Friday (seriously, I was up until about 2-3am...) I found myself running out of energy a lot on Saturday, being fairly placid Sunday (though I did make [livejournal.com profile] mephron's Mighty Filling Beef Stew, and we agreed it was both Mighty and Filling), and getting up for work today felt almost demanding compared to how easily I woke up on Friday. I was very slow to wake up (snooze bar was hit a couple of times), felt groggy and fairly blah getting myself into the shower, and have had a lingering headache all morning.

The follow up appointment can't come soon enough.

the body needs restful sleep and if you are a sufferer of sleep apnea your body never gets to restful sleep. So even though the CPAP is annoying to wear lots of patients actually get relatively better amounts of sleep. So awesome that the CPAP works for ya and you wil lmost likely get one soon from what it sounds like. Sleep well
