yummmm. I've heard and read and seen artisan salts and want to try some someday. They sound yummy.

Yeah, I'm actually thinking about doing a salt tasting thing at some point where I just try a little of each and write down what I think about each one so I know the best way to use them.

I didn't know this, either. As far as I was aware, there are 4 types of salt:

Kosher for everyday cooking
Sea for stews and soups
Table for spreading on your walkway
Salt Substitute which must be avoided at all costs.
