The foot that's been bothering me since NYC is -killing me- today. Pretty sure the toe isn't broken, but it's really swollen and tender so something's definently wrong.

The doctor's office finally had a same-day appointment open up, so I'm heading over this afternoon to get it looked at.

My guess is that it's probably related to the ingrown looking toenail. Hopefully it's as simple as removing the ingrown, some antibiotics, and off we go.

...people still get gout? I mostly hear it mentioned in old sea chanties.
