Small note:

The next girl, especially one who has told me "just friends", or is an ex, who tells me I "deserve someone", or "deserve a better girl" is going to feel my leading hand's edge crushing their trachea in the time before they choke to death on their own blood.

Well...maybe not. But I'm getting really, really, really sick of that line.

Do I qualify as a girl who has told you "just friends"? I mean, in a way I have, but I don't feel like I ever tried to seriously lead you to believe that anything else was going on.

I was pretty sure I wasn't going to have to issue threats for the safety of her trachea, but it's gratifying to have the benefits of my doubt confirmed. :)
