ARGH!

So I had a good day. Bought comics. Bought Excel Saga 3 DVD. Bought Soul Reaver and Marvel vs. Capcom for the dreamcast.

Come back to Woo. Get dinner.

Come back to room. Pop in Excel Saga 3.

DVD player: "No disc."

Me: "Huh?" Puts in disc I know works in DVD player.

DVD player: "No disc."

SHIT.

And I probably won't be able to replace it for at least a month, since I want to, you know, make my car payment, and now that I think about it, longer, as the whole Chicago trip thing.

Mmm, unfortunately I never did DVD tech support, just PS2. So if it were a PS2, I could probably fix it, but as it is, I've got no ideas...

Tried unplugging/ replugging? Is there dust on the disc sensor?

Couldn't you just return it to where ever you bought it and explain that it doesn't work and ask for a refund? Or a new copy?
