Dec. 2nd, 2002 11:02 amWhich Spike are you?
I also decided that not this year, but possibly next year, I think I'm gonna go on a serious, medically aided, diet. Not as severe as the "no solid food" one my parents are on, most likely, but something to really help me stick with it and get some weight off. All in all, my parents do look a lot healthier, and the fact that the doctor mentioned that my dad not only probably passed me his diabetes in the future, but the fact that my dad was starting to lose functionality in his legs is quite enough of a warning sign.
For now, I'm gonna just keep trying to eat sensibly and excercise, and we'll see what comes of it.

And yeah, it hurt to watch and not say anything. But I'm not the one in charge of his life. He is.
