So, remember a month ago when I took the paper Myers-Briggs test?

Seems I am an ENTJ, though my E, N, and T scores are all single-digit borderlines. Interesting enough, and my boss bubbled and told me about the scores other people in the administration got.

Both of our vice-presidents, one of the Deans, two of the Directors, and one of the networking guys are also ENTJ. Wierd Wooster fact for you.

Can I go back to bed, now? I was up at 6 fucking 30 so I could get dressed and over for this stupid meeting and eat a decent breakfast.

Oh, and [livejournal.com profile] friendpersonpat, you are breaking my friends page. Fix it or suffer....CHASTIZEMENT.

Otherwise, my only major accomplishment today is that I had sufficient reflexes to avoid hitting a cat when one decided to leap out into the road in front of me while I was taking a curve towards it. Brakes, swerved, and the cat just sorta stopped on the other side of the road and gave me a "What's /your/ problem?" look.

Edited the friends list in a periodic cleaning. Not meaning to be insulting, just sorta wondering why I had a few of those on there, especially people I never hear anything out of!

If you'd really like to be re-added, please just let me know.

Why am I rambling so much, lately? It's starting to annoy me.

I'm also getting a bit worried about my mental/emotional health. Everyone keeps asking me if I'm okay, and it's making me think a lot.

One small frustrating thing about my parents.

Remember how they're short on money, and that's why in return for help replacing my motherboard and such, no Christmas and no graduation present? Oh, and no help with my loans?

Was cheerily told that they've sold my mom's van (which, while admittedly used, we only bought two years ago, going on two and a half), and that they've bought a 2003 Chevy Avalanche. They had to drive out to Marysville (a 3 hour drive), tho, to make sure they bought one with all the options they wanted, and to get one that didn't have the heavy plastic moldings installed. (So gauche, don't you know?) But this is good, because now they have a nice big truck to go with Dad's other truck (a GMC Sonoma, sport chassis), which they can turn into an SUV when the family wants to go on trips! Oh, and a brand new payment/loan, instead of just saving the money from having both the Sonoma and the van paid off! They didn't even sell the van to a dealership to help with the payments on it! They sold it for cash.

Not that I am feeling a bit bitter, but this is just...

When I found out about it last night, it so shocked me that I could only tell one person, and even then I didn't fully believe it. Now it's been confirmed by a little email about it, and I still don't know what to say or think.

So everyone knows, yes, the tornado apparently touched down near the college. No, I'm not hurt. Yes, I'm okay. No, I don't know if I'll be back online again tonight. Power's out most places. Lowry's on generators and that's why I'm here. (Dinner turned into Hide in Scot Lanes!)
