Well, I was going to work today.

Then whatever I have hit me in the face. A lot. I could barely talk when I explained to my boss why I wasn't coming in, and she was impressed I could actually use the phone.

After 5 more hours in bed, I'm starting to feel a bit better. Of course, some of that is because I think I coughed up enough crap to fill a shotglass.

Going to make some soup and see what happens.

And then, sometimes it's people who make me sick.

I was part of this. I helped. We gave those kids somewhere around 200,000 worth of toys. And the media not only twisted it, messed up the story, and cast it out, but then tied it to the Take-2, "Videogames kill/warp kids" bullshit?

People tried to show that the stereotype is wrong, and that the subgroups supposedly 'hurting' children actually gave a shit and were willing to help. And got it spewed back at them.

I am glad the kids got stuff. That we made their lives better. That is, overall, the important part.

But how other people decided to treat everyone involved in it makes me sick.
