The second day at work went well. I was even complimented by one of my co-workers after I knocked out several calls in a row.

"You're one of the best people to occupy that desk in awhile!"

That felt good.

Tired, though. No idea why, just...horribly, horribly tired.

I wanted to stay up and spend some time with skarlette, but I think it's best I go to bed.

I love you, dear. I'm sorry I wasn't here when you get home.
