Now, isn't it me, but didn't these guys totally embezzle millions, perhaps BILLIONS of dollars earmarked for rebuilding infrastructure in Iraq, and we're giving them and their 'wholly owned subsidiary KBR' even MORE federal money, on what seems like a pony show bidding process or another a no-bid contract, to go out and rebuild infrastructure again?
Something doesn't seem smart.
Also: More good news about the gentleman who is currently in charge of FEMA operations down there.

Sep. 4th, 2005 11:53 amThis is the team entering the field for the OSU vs. Miami (OH) game yesterday. The first full appearance of the team since the end of last season, to a packed house of over 104,000 attending. And no, most of them weren't Miami fans.
