Urgh.

As someone with medical training, I know the brain cannot hurt. It has no pain receptors.

But I would swear my brain hurts.

OTOH, I got some comic books, a line on a very gently used cheap XBox, and I will write that paper tonight no matter how much pain I am in.

But I am tired.

An X-Box? Well, it's used, but it's still Gatesspawn. If I ever come over again, I'm bringing holy water. ;D

*grins* It'll be (hopefully) an X-box with 2 controllers, all the cables, and a memory card for $125, used mainly as a display piece in a comics store and occasionally for some games.

That ain't so bad. :D And will make it easier for me to buy some more stuff.

Hopefully you'll end up using it to prop up some bit of furniture...or maybe as a coffee table.

Mechassault.
Jet Set Radio Future.
Panzer Dragoon Orta.
Halo.
Bloodrayne.
Mortal Kombat V.
Splinter Cell.

Like it or not, good games are starting to come out for it. And if I get it for cheaper than a gamecube would be, well, why not?

Uh, huh

Care to elaborate on your education? I'm always curious who my contemporaries are.

EMT training in HS plus keeping up with journals, though I haven't been re-EMT certified since my freshman year of college. Plus when you have 2 friends in med school, you tend to get a decent amount. Especially when I keep being asked to help them study for boards.

Don't even go there.

Boards are hell. Medical school happens to the student AND the s/o.

I can't wait for it to all be over. Then we may have something like a normal live.

Normal? There is no such thing as Normal. It is whatever one else is and you are not. >:)

Piss off, man.

Normal is getting PAID for hours and hours of work. And no tests afterward.

Not this clerkship crap, with no time for anything but work and coming home to study for the tests at the end of each rotation.
