Woke up this morning, and something is definently wrong.
Takes me a moment to realize there's an odd pressure in my left ear that wasn't there last night, and I can't hear out of it worth a damn. Shit. Shit. Shit.
Like I needed an ear infection atop everything else today.

Going in to the student wellness center to see if they can do anything.

Hopefully it's just a lump of wax that's blocked your ear up. Happened to me a few years ago and I had to get my ears syringed out with warm water. Wasn't a pleasant feeling. Not /painful/, but I don't want to repeat it. I was amazed at the amount of junk inside my ears though.

Actually, they didn't give me Zithromax. (They're not that cool.) Instead I get the truly impressively large sulfamethoxale trimethoprim. Look upon it, and despair.

Well, lessee here....this is the 800/160MG per pill dose, from Teva pharmeceuticals.

Those are, IIRC, roughly just a giant white horsepill? Vaguely capsule-shaped? Roche makes ones like that too.

Biggest horsepill I ever had was Diamox, for severe glaucoma. Giant orange thing with white chibi-capsules in it. *Disturbing.*

Hmm. I've had *that* horsepill before.

It took twice as long to start working as they said it would. Then again, I was in such bad shape the Doc didn't want me to sit in line for medication, so he gave me a whole mess of sample blisterpacks.
