A lot of things have happened recently. My graduating from Wooster, as a Bachelor of Arts in History with Honors being the most visible.


skarlette was here. It was amazing and wonderful, and now I miss you terribly, love. Please drop a comment in here so I know you're okay after the flight?
And I apologize again for us almost missing your plane. :D

Got news that the person that I loathed the idea of sharing the apartment with didn't graduate due to being a failure at several important things, and therefore he cannot hold the job. They're going back to old candidates. I hope that they'll hire apbusch, but we'll see what happens. Regardless, it will probably be a more tolerable roommate.

Came back here last night to a power outage. Grr. The power came back at 2am, but I was in no shape to use anything. I'm all unpacked now, or at least as much as I can. I realized that one of the reasons I hate this room (and I do hate this room) is that it has no bookshelves.

What kind of college dormroom has no bookshelves?

Ah, well. I'll be in the apartment sometime in the next 16 days. I'll deal.

Speaking of dealing, the hot water will apparently be out until Friday while they do work on the steam plant. The cold /hurt/ this morning, and my teeth are still chattering. I think I'll skip my shower tomorrow. Do my hair in the sink, scrub a bit, and extra deodorant will be applied.

I miss thechapin and ijikeru almost as much as I do skarlette. Seth was my best friend through so many things it was scary, and Nikki is probably the closest and most trusted person in my life who I don't sleep with. (Not that I sleep with skarlette right now either, but it's the thought that counts, right?)

It's a little scary knowing I am done with classes until such time as I pursue my Masters. It's a lot scary knowing I go to work in 45 minutes.

I feel this wierd ache when I realize she's back in Chicago, and not going to be waiting to have breakfast with me.

I already miss her kisses, and last night I couldn't sleep well because I kept remembering how we nestled against each other in the bed.

I half wish that I lived in Columbus. Airfare from CMH to Midway keeps getting cheaper. If the trend keeps up, the idea of just flying out for a weekend every now and then would be far more practical than it is now.

We'll work it out, and we'll survive.

I love her. That's what matters.

I love my friends. That's what matters.

I love this job, and I will succeed.

That's what matters.

That's no dorm room. Inmates at Mansfield have bigger living arrangements than you do. And they cram [i]two[/i] freshmen into there!?

Thanks for the popper, as you weren't on last night when doomflower and I were enjoying it's air-popped goodness. (I just need to remember how much butter to melt and how to melt it. ;) Keep an eye on your Email in the next couple of days, there's one more surprise on it's way. :D

I am all right. I miss you too, but things will work out in the end. Save for the plane taking off an hour late from Columbus. I arrived safely home. Richard and Paulette were there to pick me up at the airport. Talk to you later.
