It's been a quiet day. I slept in. I went to Lowry and saw people. I read a lot. I stayed off the computer just because I wanted to be a bit unplugged.

I miss you.

My mind wanders. I think about spending quiet moments with you. I think about being snuggled on the bed talking, not really worrying about anything.

About relaxing and reading, while you do the same, occasionally sharing bits of stories.

I think about you, not just as a lover, or as a friend, but as a part of me, and more.

I miss your smile. I miss your laugh. I even miss the way that I'll botch a joke and have to explain things, and you'll just shake your head a little and grin.

I miss how you make everything special, even when it's barely anything at all.

There are times when I worry I say that too much, and the words lose meaning. But it's how I feel. I love you, and I wish you were here.
