What a night!

Work was pretty blargh, so the release of a couple hours driving was wonderful. Especially since I put on Rent and did a good bit of belting. I found out that I'm getting to be a pretty good Roger. Met

dklegman & Co. at Restaurant Japan, and had some deeply lovely food.

skarlette, we have to go eat there. You'll love it.

Then, we hung around a nearby Borders for a bit while discussing various deeply geeky topics, and finally migrated down to the Char Bar on High St.

Hot sake, 2 pitchers of Bass, a Jameson's, and a pitcher of Killians accidentally ordered instead of Bass later, I came home, a bit less sober, and feeling much more mellow.

Plus, to my surprise, several times tonight I was checked out by some fairly fine looking ladies. Not all of them were really my type, but still! Women! Checking me out!

*Smiles* Not that I'm at all on the market, but it was still an amazing ego boost. And even better, tons of women were looking very hot, wearing very neat costumes, and for some reason there were lots of bondage Playboy bunnies.

All in all, Yum. Happy halloween, and a Blessed Samhain.

It's a new year. Change is good.

I'm going to change my life a bit, with the excercise and making sure I have a destination at the end of May rather than unfilled plans.

The old year was one of great things, and deep, moving experiences. I learned a lot about myself, and I was shown how deeply I am loved and valued.

I can only hope the new year will bring more of the same.
