bzarcher: A Sylveon from Pokemon floating in the air, wearing a pair of wingtip glasses (Crack!)

Went to the doctor's office today in between a couple appointments for a one month checkup after my initial diagnosis. Now, the college doesn't have a scale I can get on, so I wasn't able to check that, but my blood pressure was one of the 'worry factors', and they took it again.

One month ago: 156/110
Today: 134/86

That's not the absolute ideal pressure, but it's a lot better than 'why the hell haven't you had a stroke yet?' territory.

I will win.

It is really good. Thank you. :D

The first big step. Now a few more big steps, and a lot of little ones.

I have complete faith in you. Don't exhaust yourself with too many big steps all at once though. You mention little steps. Several little steps can add up to one big step, and might be lots easier to maintain, if that's your goal (so says the girl who's still trying to quit her 6 can a day caffeine habit.. my advice is crap).

Right now I'm gonna consider every day's excercise a consistant 'little step'. So I keep climbing, and when I reach the top, I'll keep on.

Glad to see things are looking up, though I didn't realize they had been looking down.

I'm confident that you'll do what you must.

Yeah, you can go back a month or so to see the messy details.

Thank you. I'll do what I can. Though I am surprisingly healthy for a man who should have been dead. :D

I had some help, if I recall. Knowing you were there for me meant a lot.

CONGRADURATION!

I know I couldn't get mine to drop that fast. Hell, I don't even know what mine currently IS. I think I'll be getting a check up in the near future, guess I'll find out then.

I think the medication I got put on has helped a lot. I can probably get you the name of it?

Thanks, but I think I'll wait till I actually KNOW what it is first ;)

Well, mine's a combination blood pressure/glucose retention one. And it seems to do a decent job, as I mentioned.

Now go see a doctor! He fix you! He fix you good!
