I don't like snow, but can deal. But when it starts out at 60 when I leave and gets warmer for a while, I figure I'm ok without my jacket. Man, oh man...
every once in a long while. it's been cold enough here lately ... there's snow on the mountain tops around us. hopefully snowfall in the valley soon (it melts when it hits the ground, but is still a joy to see it falling!)
Although the snow is very pretty the horrible cutting wind that goes along with it is not. Downtown Chicago is not a happy place to be now unless you are a snowman or bundled up in many many layers of clothing. The wind was so strong today that I could feel it through my tennis shoes. Eep!
I suppose it would help if I had more than shorts and a t-shirt on, but still the wind is kinda chilly, (WC was below 0F today). Yeah I suppose it's time for jeans, maybe a sweatshirt. Suggestions?
